All UK orders over £100.00 will be sent FREE OF CHARGE using the Special Delivery Option.

Postage costs are calculated on the value of your order and this cost will appear for you upon checkout. All items will be dispatched by First Class UK or Airmail as applicable (unless the recorded or special delivery options have been selected). EXCEPTIONS to this will apply where on the rare occasion the weight or size of the package means that the postage costs are much more than those advertised above. In these circumstances, we will notify you of the new cost and then request payment of the extra charge PRIOR to postage. This applies to All customers.

At the checkout you are given the option to upgrade your postage method to the Signed For 1st or 2nd option or Special Delivery for UK customers (except where the value of the order means that the postage option is pre-determined) and International Signed For or Airsure for International customers. (Airsure is only available to the Countries shown above under each option)

PLEASE NOTE

If the value of your package is £20 or more (excluding P&P charges) then the order will be sent using the 1st class Signed For (or 2nd class Signed For if selected) option unless you upgrade to the Special Delivery option. If you are purchasing Sterling Silver Findings or items of Jewellery from us then we strongly recommend that you have your parcel sent by Special Delivery. These items are NOT insured by the Royal Mail if you have them sent by First Class or First Class Recorded and you will not be able to claim from the Royal Mail for any loss or damage incurred in transit using Royal Mail. Caron Nosek Ltd is also not liable for the replacement or refund of any lost or damaged goods where proof of postage exists nor is Caron Nosek Ltd responsible for sterling silver products or jewellery where the customer has chosen NOT to insure the package using the Royal Mail Special Delivery option which we recommend.

  • Compensation for loss or damage of your package only up to £20 for 1st Class & 2nd Class Delivery. This increases to £50 for 1st Class Signed For & 2nd Class Signed For Delivery, (except for jewellery,precious stones &/or metals including sterling silver products which are not insured at all unless sent using special delivery which you must choose and which we recommend if you wish to have these items insured against loss or damage).
  • Next working day for most 1st Class Signed For items, although this is NOT guaranteed as per the information on the Royal Mail website.
  • Signature taken at destination for Signed For Delivery items

Special Delivery

  • Compensation for loss or damage of your package up to £500 or more if applicable (the appropriate additional charge will apply and be required to be paid prior to dispatch should the package be valued at more than £500)
  • Guaranteed next day delivery before 1.00pm (excluding weekends)
  • Signature taken at destination

International Signed For

  • Available Worldwide
  • The price you pay will include compensation for loss or damage of your package up to £500 max
  • Tracked until package leaves UK, delivery is then reliant on local postal service

International Airsure

  • Compensation for loss or damage of your package up to £500
  • Online Tracking and delivery confirmation
  • Priority handling both in UK and abroad.

Here at Nosek's Just Gems, we are confident that you will be extremely satisfied with your purchase from us. However, in the unlikely event that there is a problem we will accept the return of your purchase in part or in whole under the following conditions:-

Damaged/Faulty Goods:-

We strive to ensure that all goods are dispatched in pristine condition and as such any item damaged in transit is either the responsibility of the carrier or, where relevant an airline and NOT Caron Nosek Ltd or the manufacturer. We advise all customers to report any damage/compensation directly to the carrier or airline immediately.

If however, you find that a product you have purchased from us is faulty, we will exchange it for an identical* replacement free of charge provided that the product is returned to us in its original packaging and the damage is notified to us within 7 days of receipt. Replacement is at the discretion of the management.

*Where an identical replacement is not available due to stock or end of line items we will offer a full refund for the item.

Unwanted Goods:-

Please contact Noseks Just Gems before returning any items. A full refund* can be issued for any unwanted** returned goods which are sent in their original packaging, unused and therefore are in a re-saleable state.

* The cost of the postage on the original purchase & the cost of postage to return the unwanted item will not be refunded. We will also deduct a 10% re-stocking fee from your refund amount. ** If an item is unwanted then the item as a whole and in its original state will need to be returned.

Exchange Goods:-

If any product* that is purchased does not turn out to be the correct one for you then we will exchange it provided that the product has not been used in any way and is returned to us in its original packing "as new". If there is a problem then please contact Noseks Just Gems immediately to speak to one of our team. If the item was ordered incorrectly i.e. wrong size or colour then an exchange can be made but please contact us first to discuss if there are any price differences etc. Exceptions to this are special orders that have been made following a special request by you. In these instances, we reserve the right not to offer a refund or exchange in full or in part. Postage will not be free on the return item nor compensated in anyway & postage must be paid again prior to the replacement item being dispatched.

*please note that we are unable to accept the return of any earring products due to the current EU Hygiene Regulations.
