Here at Nosek's Just Gems, we are confident that you will be extremely satisfied with your purchase from us. However, in the unlikely event that there is a problem we will accept the return of your purchase in part or in whole under the following conditions

Damaged/Faulty Goods

We strive to ensure that all goods are dispatched in pristine condition and as such any item damaged in transit is either the responsibility of the carrier or, where relevant an airline and NOT Caron Nosek Ltd or the manufacturer. We advise all customers to report any damage/compensation directly to the carrier or airline immediately.

If however, you find that a product you have purchased from us is faulty, we will exchange it for an identical* replacement free of charge provided that the product is returned to us in its original packaging and the damage is notified to us within 7 days of receipt. Replacement is at the discretion of the management.

Where an identical replacement is not available due to stock or end of line items we will offer a full refund for the item.

Unwanted Goods

Please contact Noseks Just Gems before returning any items. A full refund* can be issued for any unwanted** returned goods which are sent in their original packaging, unused and therefore are in a re-saleable state.

* The cost of the postage on the original purchase & the cost of postage to return the unwanted item will not be refunded. We will also deduct a 10% re-stocking fee from your refund amount.

** If an item is unwanted then the item as a whole and in its original state will need to be returned.

Exchange Goods

If any product* that is purchased does not turn out to be the correct one for you then we will exchange it provided that the product has not been used in any way and is returned to us in its original packing "as new". If there is a problem then please contact Noseks Just Gems immediately to speak to one of our team. If the item was ordered incorrectly i.e. wrong size or colour then an exchange can be made but please contact us first to discuss if there are any price differences etc. Exceptions to this are special orders that have been made following a special request by you. In these instances, we reserve the right not to offer a refund or exchange in full or in part. Postage will not be free on the return item nor compensated in anyway & postage must be paid again prior to the replacement item being dispatched.

*please note that we are unable to accept the return of any earring products due to the current EU Hygiene Regulations.
