Now you have strung & knotted your pearls, we will show you how to finish them off with a professional look.

Finishing your strung pearls

To finish you will need your last 3 pearl beads, a wire protector or french wire & the other end of your clasp

Thread on the last 3 pearls followed by the wire protector and the other end of your clasp

Pull the thread so that the pearls are sitting very close to the rest of the pearls

Take the thread through the last pearl bead and pull the thread so that the pearls are next to each other leaving a very small gap in between the last 3 beads to tie an knot in between

In the first small gap tie an overhand knot as shown

Pull the knot until it is tight in between the last 2 pearls

Take the thread through the 2nd to last pearl

Tie an overhand knot in between this pearl & the 3rd to the last pearl in the small gap left

Take the thread through the 3rd pearl

Now separate the threads as shown & place a drop of glue in between the threads to secure as you did in part 1when the glue is dry, snip the thread close to this pearl

You have now completed your strung pearl project
