My friend bought me a Gift Certificate for £10 but my order was only £8.20, why did I not receive any credit?

We cannot provide any credit for Gift Certificates. Always ensure that you spend the full value of your Gift Certificate on products so that you use up the whole amount.

If I pay at 16:00 GMT on Friday, when will you send my order?

Orders will generally be dispatched the same day your cleared payment is received if this is before 1500 hrs GMT Mon to Fri. For payment received out of these times dispatch will be the next working day (i.e. Monday if this is Friday or a weekend).

When my order is over £75 and postage is free, will you send this by special delivery so that it is insured for more than £39?

No, we will pay for the normal First Class postage rate which only insures your items for values up to £39. We strongly recommend that at the checkout you select the Special Delivery option which, not only guarantees next day delivery, but can be tracked from postage to delivery and insures your items for up to £500, normally. For items over £500 please contact us for assistance.

Which credit/debit cards do you take for payment?

You may use MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, and Visa Debit to purchase goods.

My husband bought me a Gift Certificate, how do I use it?

On the Gift Certificate there will be printed a coupon code. Shop as normal then go to checkout. Type in your coupon code in the box on the left hand side that says "Add a Coupon". Select the "Add a coupon" button and the amount will be deducted from your total.

Are payments through your website secure?

Payments can be made through either of our preferred Merchant Payment Gateways (Protx or PayPal) using 128bit SSL Technology which is regarded throughout the industry as 100% secure.

I do not live in the UK can I have my shipment sent to a friend’s home?

Consignments dispatched to addresses outside of the UK may only be sent to the registered billing address as held by your credit card company.

I have used a Gift Certificate in full but your shop still wants me to pay for the postage?

Postage is completely excluded from being redeemed by your Gift Certificate so you will always pay for postage even though it appears as if the value of the certificate is enough to pay for products and postage.

Has your company been in business for a long time?

Noseks - Just Gems! is part of Caron Nosek Ltd which was established in 2003 in the United Kingdom. Caron has been crafting for more than a decade: Knitting; Dress Making; Soft Furnishings; Cake Making and Decoration and most recently designing and making Jewellery and general Beading work.

I want a full pack of Swarovski Bicones but you do not have any stock of the colour that I want. What can I do?

If at any time we are out of stock of any item you would like to purchase, simply go to the 'contact us' form and send us an enquiry. We will always try and help and can normally satisfy your requirements within two weeks where stock is immediately available. We do require payment in full prior to the order being placed with our suppliers.

I ordered the wrong item. Can I send it back to you?

Here at Noseks – Just Gems, we are confident that you will be extremely satisfied with your purchase from us. However, in the unlikely event that there is a problem we will accept the return of your purchase in part or in whole under the following conditions:-

  • Damaged/Faulty Goods:-

    We strive to ensure that all goods are dispatched in pristine condition and as such any item damaged in transit is either the responsibility of the carrier or, where relevant an airline and NOT Caron Nosek Ltd or the manufacturer. We advise all customers to report any damage/compensation directly to the carrier or airline immediately.

    If however, you find that a product you have purchased from us is faulty, we will exchange it for an identical* replacement free of charge provided that the product is returned to us in its original packaging and the damage is notified to us within 7 days of receipt. Replacement is at the discretion of the management.

    *Where an identical replacement is not available due to stock or end of line items we will offer a full refund for the item.

  • Unwanted Goods:-

    Please contact Noseks – Just Gems before returning any items. A full refund* can be issued for any unwanted** returned goods which are sent in their original packaging, unused and therefore are in a re-saleable state.

    * The cost of the postage on the original purchase & the cost of postage to return the unwanted item will not be refunded. We will also deduct a 10% re-stocking fee from your refund amount. ** If an item is unwanted then the item as a whole and in its original state will need to be returned.

  • Exchange Goods:-

    If any product* that is purchased does not turn out to be the correct one for you then we will exchange it provided that the product has not been used in any way and is returned to us in its original packing "as new". If there is a problem then please contact Noseks – Just Gems immediately to speak to one of our team. If the item was ordered incorrectly i.e. wrong size or colour then a free exchange can be made. Postage will not be free on the return item nor compensated in anyway.

    *please note that we are unable to accept the return of any earring products due to the current EU Hygiene Regulations.

I cannot find what I am looking for, can I contact you by email?

From our home page, select Contact Us from the top menu bar and fill out the form. We will endeavour to reply to you within 24 hours, but more often than not this will be within hours.

My basket total is less than £34 but there is no option for Recorded Delivery, only Special Delivery which is more expensive. Why is this?

The postage rates are calculated on the total value of your basket before any discounts are deducted as part of an offer such as free crystals, for example. So the actual value of your order for postage calculation purposes is without any discounts taken into consideration. This is in case your package is lost or damaged. The total value of every item sent can then be claimed for from the Royal Mail, not just the value of the items you paid for.
