Ordering
Following many requests from our valued customers and also successful negotiations with our suppliers regarding our delivery costs – we are DELIGHTED to announce that we have decided to return to our normal ordering process for the Full & Half packs of Swarovski Components. So just to confirm from today, we will now be ordering once a week, again on a Friday, all the Full & Half packs that are ordered by you. Please see below the table of our delivery dates etc for the next few weeks. All orders for Full & Half packs for Swarovski Components need to be completed and paid for no later than the preceding Tuesday Evening if paying through (Sagepay) PROTX or no later than the Friday (order date) 6pm if paying through PAYPAL. Please see below the dates set for our orders for Full & Half Packs of Swarovski Components. SCHEDULE FOR ORDERING FULL & HALF PACKS - for the next few weeks - PLEASE NOTE WE ON ON HOLIDAY FOR TWO WEEKS FROM 16.07.10 TO 30.07.10 AND THERE WILL BE NO DELIVERIES DURING THIS TIME
The prices are kept as low as possible for you as we don't actually have the stock of full or half packs on our premises, we order on demand. |

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? Once you place your order, we will check stock directly with our supplier and inform you if the item(s) that you have ordered are in stock & available. If they are, we will confirm the order with our supplier and these will be included in our MONTHLY order (dates shown above). Your packs should be with us no later than the Tuesday (normally Monday) following our order and we will send your packs out to you the same day we receive them. That's a PROMISE! |

WHEN DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER BY? Please seet our ORDER SCHEDULE above for the dates we will be placing
our order & when you need to order & pay by. Please note the deadlines
for paying through Sagepay (PROTX) or Paypal as these are different.
If you pay using Sagepay (PROTX) after the deadline then your order
will not be included until the following month. |

POSTAGE INSURANCE? If the value of your Full or Half pack order (excl P&P) is over the Royal Mail insurance limit of £39 (but under £500) for normal first class post, we would strongly recommend that you add the Special Delivery option at checkout to ensure you are fully compensated in the event of non-delivery or damaged goods. If the value of your order is greater than £500 then we will pay for Royal Mail Special Delivery! |

I WANT TO ORDER OTHER ITEMS AS WELL AND NEED THEM SOONER THAN THE FULL OR HALF PACKS? If you cannot wait for us to send all of your items together, simply place two orders, one for your Full or Half Pack(s) and one for your other items. The order containing no full or half packs will be processed as normal. |

ANYTHING ELSE? If your Full or Half Packs are not available, we will contact you to let you know. We will give you an estimated availability date at which point you can agree to wait for the items to be delivered, choose an alternative(s) or we will arrange to change or cancel your order and give you an immediate refund in part or full. |

OH YES, CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER? Once we have confirmed availability and placed the order with our supplier you cannot change or cancel your order. Please ensure that you have ordered the correct size and colour as returns will be subject to only 50% refund of the original price. Any opened packages cannot be returned for refund. |

WHAT IF I WANT A FULL OR HALF PACK OF SOMETHING SWAROVKSI OTHER THAN BICONES OR A COLOUR OR SIZE THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE? No problem, please just email or phone us with your requirements and we will deal with your enquiry as we currently do. Remember, we can order ANY component/colour/size that Swarovski produce as long as you want a minimum HALF a FULL PACK (as previously stated, to keep prices down, we don't stock everything ourselves). |

WHAT IF I WANT TO ORDER WHOLESALE QUANTITIES OF ANYTHING ELSE OTHER THAN SWAROVSKI? If you need wholesale quantities at our fantastic discount price off any other product we currently stock, such as Sterling Silver Findings, Miyuki Delicas or Matsuno Glass Seed Beads, then contact us as and we will try to accommodate your requirements. Even if we don't stock it at the moment, we can probably source what you need so please, just ask. |
