Caron Nosek, wife and mother of two, has run her own Company since setting up Caron Nosek Ltd in 2003, providing Soft Furnishing's for her clients in and around Manchester, UK. Caron has always been involved in Art's and Craft's from a very young age but for more than a decade has been seriously involved in Knitting, Sewing, Dress Making, Cake Making and Decoration, Interior Design and most latterly Beading and Jewellery Making.

Caron decided to put her own venture on ice in 2004 to relocate with her family from Lancashire to Wiltshire in support of her husband's career. After a little more than two years working as a self employed contractor to a Global Telecommunications company dealing with Business Finance, Caron still felt a longing for her life-long passion of creating and supplying for others. In March of 2006 Caron decided to set up her own bead business & established Nosek's - Just Gems! (said "nosex"! The pun is most definitely intended and rarely missed by a lot of you!) initially only supplying Swarovski Crystal Beads.

From a very small enterprise Caron, her husband, close family and associates have built up the Nosek's - Just Gems! brand to what you are witnessing today. Inspired by more and more of her customers, Caron has a determination to supply an ever increasing range of high quality products. Sourced both locally and from all over the world, her prices are, what can only be described as 'very competitive'. As a customer herself, Caron is quite fastidious about the products she buys. You can rest assured that Caron will never sell anything she would not be prepared to use and wear herself, as she more often than not, does!

Caron has been involved with customers and customer service all of her working life and is completely passionate, some may say obsessive, with delivering high quality service and customer service. As she often reminds those around her, "customers are the only reason businesses exist"!
